| The Rhode Island Public Transit Authority seeks a qualified consultant to plan and conduct a comprehensive on-board rider survey for RIPTA’s existing transit network.
In accordance with the federal requirements detailed in FTA Circular 4702.1B, RIPTA is required to conduct a survey to gather “information on the race, color, national origin, English proficiency, language spoken at home, household income and travel patterns of their riders.” |
